All-on-6: maximum stability, minus the US markup
Six implants per arch instead of four — more support, more redundancy, more decades. US cash-pay quotes typically run $24,000–$40,000 per arch. In Colombia: $7,000–$12,000, with the zirconia bridge included at the top of the range.

All figures are typical 2026 ranges, not quotes. US figures reflect what cash-pay/self-pay patients actually pay (sourced from published surgery-center prices, ASPS/ADA-aligned surveys, and cost aggregators), not insurer-negotiated rates. Your treatment plan — bone grafting, extractions, materials — moves the number.

The upgrade path
Six implants per arch: built for decades
All-on-6 follows the same logic as All-on-4 — a fixed full-arch bridge on implants — but distributes the load across six implants instead of four. More anchor points means less stress per implant, better long-term force distribution, and redundancy: if one implant ever struggles, the bridge doesn't.
It requires more available bone than All-on-4, which is why the CT scan decides this choice, not preference alone. When the bone is there, many surgeons consider six the more conservative long-game — especially for patients in their 40s and 50s planning to use this smile for forty more years.
All-on-6 tends to fit you if
- You're on the younger side of full-arch patients and want maximum runway
- You grind or clench — extra implants handle the extra force
- Your CT shows good bone volume, especially in the upper jaw
- The price difference in Colombia (~$1,500–$2,500 more per arch) reads as cheap insurance — in the US that same upgrade can add five figures
