Procedure guide · US vs Colombia pricing
All-on-4: the full-arch standard, at Colombian prices
Four implants, one fixed bridge, a complete arch of teeth. In the US, cash-pay patients see quotes from $14,000 to $36,000 per arch. In Colombia, the same procedure — same implant brands — typically runs $5,500 to $9,500.
The numbers
What it costs, honestly
| Procedure | US cash-pay | Colombia | You keep |
|---|---|---|---|
| All-on-4, per arch | $14,000 – $36,000 | $5,500 – $9,500 | $4,500 – $30,500 |
| All-on-4, both arches | $28,000 – $62,000 | $11,000 – $18,000 | $10,000 – $51,000 |
| Extraction (per tooth, if needed) | $135 – $650 | $50 – $120 | $15 – $600 |
| Bone graft (if needed, per site) | $600 – $3,000 | $250 – $900 | Up to $2,750 |
All figures are typical 2026 ranges, not quotes. US figures reflect what cash-pay/self-pay patients actually pay (sourced from published surgery-center prices, ASPS/ADA-aligned surveys, and cost aggregators), not insurer-negotiated rates. Your treatment plan — bone grafting, extractions, materials — moves the number.

How it works
Four implants. A full arch. Teeth the same week.
All-on-4 places four implants per arch — two vertical in front, two angled at the back — and anchors a complete fixed bridge to them. The angled rear implants are the clever part: they recruit denser bone toward the front of the jaw, which is why many patients who were told they "don't have enough bone" for traditional implants are still All-on-4 candidates without major grafting.
You leave surgery with a fixed provisional arch — real, functional teeth, not a removable denture — and return in 3–6 months for the permanent bridge once the implants have fused with the bone.
What the Colombia price typically includes
- 3D CT scan, digital smile design, and treatment planning
- Extractions of remaining teeth in the arch
- Four implants (major global brands) with multi-unit abutments
- Fixed provisional bridge placed within days of surgery
- Permanent bridge — acrylic-hybrid at the lower end of the range, full zirconia at the upper end
Always confirm the inclusion list in writing. The single most common US pricing trick — quoting the surgery but not the final bridge — exists in every country.
The material question
Acrylic hybrid vs. zirconia — where the range comes from

Acrylic-titanium hybrid
Acrylic teeth on a titanium bar. Lighter on the budget, easier to repair, and completely respectable — this is what keeps Colombia's lower range near $5,500 per arch. Expect to refresh the acrylic every 5–8 years.
Monolithic zirconia
Milled from a single block of zirconia — the strongest, most stain-resistant, most natural-looking option, and what pushes the range toward $9,500. In the US the same bridge is a major reason quotes leap past $30,000 per arch.
